I can't access the internet - HTC One (M8)

Cause 4 of 9: You've established a connection to a Wi-Fi network, but you aren't logged on

Some Wi-Fi networks require you to log on.

Solution: Open the browser on your phone and try to load a web page. The browser is redirected to the homepage of the Wi-Fi network. Follow the instructions on the display to log on. If you can't log on to the Wi-Fi network, turn off Wi-Fi on your phone and connect to the internet using the mobile network.

Press the browser icon.

Press the address bar.

Key in the address of the required web page and press arrow right.

Add current web page to bookmarks

Press the menu icon.

Press the add icon.

Add current web page to bookmarks

Press Bookmarks.
Edit the name of the bookmark.

Press DONE.

Go to bookmark

Press the menu icon.

Press the required bookmark.

Return to the home screen

Press the home icon to return to the home screen.

1 Open internet browser

Press the browser icon.

2 Enter web address

Press the address bar.
Key in the address of the required web page and press arrow right.

3 Add current web page to bookmarks

Press the menu icon.
Press the add icon.
Press Bookmarks.
Edit the name of the bookmark.
Press DONE.

4 Go to bookmark

Press the menu icon.
Press Bookmarks.
Press the required bookmark.

5 Return to the home screen

Press the home icon to return to the home screen.
