I can't send and receive text messages - LG G3

Cause 2 of 3: The message centre number is incorrect

The message centre ensures that your text message is sent to the recipient. If the message centre number is incorrect, you can't send text messages.

Solution: Enter the correct message centre number.

Find "Text message"

Press the message icon.

Press the menu icon.

Press Settings.

Select validity

Press Validity period.

Press Maximum.

Save the message centre number

Press Service centre address.

Key in +61415011501 and press Save.

Return to the home screen

Press the home icon to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Text message"

Press the message icon.

Press the menu icon.

Press Settings.

Press Text message.

2 Select validity

Press Validity period.

Press Maximum.

3 Save the message centre number

Press Service centre address.

Key in +61415011501 and press Save.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the home icon to return to the home screen.
