I can't make voice calls on my LG Velvet Android 10.0

Cause 12 of 12: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Find "Network operators"

Press Settings.

Press Network & internet.

Find "Network operators"

Press Mobile networks.

Find "Network operators"

Press Network operators.

Select network manually

Press Search networks and your phone will search for networks.

Select network manually

Press the required network.

Select network automatically

Press Select automatically to turn on the function.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Network operators"

Press Settings.

Press Network & internet.

Press Mobile networks.

Press Network operators.

2 Select network manually

Press Search networks and your phone will search for networks.

Press the required network.

3 Select network automatically

Press Select automatically to turn on the function.

4 Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
