I can't receive voice messages on my Nokia 3310 (2017) Proprietary OS

Cause 1 of 1: Incoming calls aren't diverted to your voicemail

To receive voice messages, you need to divert calls you can't answer to your voicemail.

Solution: Divert calls to your voicemail.

Step 1 of 10

Find "Call forwarding"

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Divert calls to voicemail

Select the required divert type.

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Press the Navigation key.
Select Settings.
Select Call settings.
Select Call forwarding.

2 Divert calls to voicemail

Select the required divert type.
Select Delay.
Select the required setting.
Select Turn on.
Select To voice mailbox.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
