Follow these instructions to select settings for call barring.

Press the Menu key.

Select barring option

Press one of the following options:
Outgoing calls

If you select International calls except to home country, no international calls can be made, except when you're abroad, you can still call home.

If you select Incoming calls when roaming, your phone can't receive calls when you take it abroad.

Press one of the following options:
Activate

Check status

Send request

Key in your barring password (default is 0000) and press OK.
A request to turn on, turn off or check status of the selected divert type is sent to the network.

If you selected Check status in step 3, you don't need to key in your barring password. Click here for more information about the barring password.

Exit

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.

Find "Call barring"

Press the Menu key.
Press Settings.
Press Calling.
Press Call barring.

Select barring option

Press one of the following options:

If you select International calls except to home country, no international calls can be made, except when you're abroad, you can still call home.

If you select Incoming calls when roaming, your phone can't receive calls when you take it abroad.

Select setting

Press one of the following options:
Activate
Deactivate
Check status

Send request

Key in your barring password (default is 0000) and press OK.
