Cause 10 of 15: Automatic synchronisation of content is turned on

If automatic synchronisation of content is turned on, the power consumption may increase.

Solution: Turn off automatic content synchronisation.

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top right side of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Turn automatic synchronisation of content on or off

Press the indicator next to "Automatically sync app data" to turn the function on or off.

If you turn off the function, press Turn off.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Users & accounts"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top right side of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Press Users & accounts.

2 Turn automatic synchronisation of content on or off

Press the indicator next to "Automatically sync app data" to turn the function on or off.

If you turn off the function, press Turn off.

If you turn on the function, press Turn on.

3 Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
