I can't make voice calls on my OPPO A6x 5G Android 15

Cause 5 of 12: The selected network mode is not available

If you've set your phone to use a specific network mode, it can't get a network connection if the selected network mode is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network mode selection.

Find "Prefered network type"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top right side of the screen.

Find "Prefered network type"

Press the settings icon.

Find "Prefered network type"

Press Mobile network.

Find "Prefered network type"

Press the name of the SIM.

Select network mode

Press the required network.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top right side of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Press Mobile network.

Press the name of the SIM.

Press Prefered network type.

2 Select network mode

Press the required network.

There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. If you set your phone to the fastest network mode, it will always find the network with the highest data speed and best signal.

3 Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
