I can't make voice calls on my OPPO Find X2 Lite Android 10.0

Cause 1 of 12: The selected network mode is not available

If you've set your phone to use a specific network mode, it can't get a network connection if the selected network mode is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network mode selection.

Find "Preferred Network Type"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Preferred Network Type"

Press the settings icon.

Find "Preferred Network Type"

Press SIM Card & Mobile Data.

Find "Preferred Network Type"

Press the name of the SIM.

Find "Preferred Network Type"

Press Preferred Network Type.

Select network mode

Press the required network mode.

Step 7 of 7

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Preferred Network Type"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press SIM Card & Mobile Data.
Press the name of the SIM.
Press Preferred Network Type.

2 Select network mode

Press the required network mode.
There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. If you set your phone to the fastest network mode, it will always find the network with the highest data speed and best signal.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
