I can't send and receive picture messages on my OPPO R9s Android 6.0.1

Cause 1 of 5: Data roaming is turned off

To send and receive MMS when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Find "Dual SIM and mobile network"

Press Settings.

Press Dual SIM and mobile network.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the indicator next to "Data roaming" to turn the function on or off.

If you turn on the function, press Enable data roaming.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

2 Turn data roaming on or off

Press the indicator next to "Data roaming" to turn the function on or off.

If you turn on the function, press Enable data roaming.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
