If you have problems sending and receiving email messages, you can delete the email configuration and then create it again. Follow these instructions to delete an email configuration.

Press the menu icon.

Delete data connection

Press the required data connection.
Press the settings icon.
Press Delete APN.
Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Find "Settings"

Press the menu icon.
Press Email.
Press the settings icon.
Press Settings.

Delete email account

Press the required email account.
Press Remove account.
Press OK to confirm.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
