Use call waiting - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

When call waiting is turned on, you can hear and answer a new incoming call while you're on the phone. Follow these instructions to use call waiting.
You need to turn on call waiting before you can use this function. Click here for information on how to turn call waiting on or off.

Use call waiting

When you have an ongoing call, the new call is signalled by a sound.
Press and drag the call icon right.

If you're a on a pay as you go price plan, you can hear the new call but you can't answer it without ending the ongoing call.
Step 2 of 4

Swap calls

Press the swap calls icon to swap calls.

Your calls are displayed on a list and the call on hold is indicated by ON HOLD.
Step 3 of 4

End active call

Make sure the call you want to end is active.
Press the end call icon.
The active call is ended and the call on hold is automatically activated.

Step 4 of 4

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
