I can't make voice calls on my Samsung Galaxy S10e Android 9.0

Cause 12 of 12: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Find "Network operators"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Press Connections.

Press Mobile networks.

Press Network operators.

Select network manually

If you want to select a network manually, press Select manually and wait while your phone searches for networks.

Press the required network.

Select network automatically

If you want to select a network automatically, press Select automatically.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Network operators"

2 Select network manually

If you want to select a network manually, press Select manually and wait while your phone searches for networks.
Press the required network.

3 Select network automatically

If you want to select a network automatically, press Select automatically.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
