I can't receive any calls - Samsung Galaxy S6

Cause 2 of 2: Divert of all calls is turned on

If call divert is turned on, you can't receive any calls. All incoming calls are diverted to your voicemail or to another number.

Solution: Turn off call divert.

Find "Voice call"

Press Phone.

Press MORE.

Press Settings.

Press More settings.
After a moment the current settings are displayed.

Press Call forwarding.

Cancel all diverts

The current settings are displayed.

Press one of the following options:
Always forward

Forward when busy

Cancel all diverts

Forward when unanswered

Cancel all diverts

Forward when unreachable

Cancel all diverts

Press DISABLE.
Repeat until all diverts have been cancelled.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Voice call"

Press Phone.
Press MORE.
Press Settings.
Press More settings.
After a moment the current settings are displayed.
Press Call forwarding.
Press Voice call.

2 Cancel all diverts

The current settings are displayed.

Press one of the following options:
Always forward
Forward when busy
Forward when unanswered
Forward when unreachable
Press DISABLE.
Repeat until all diverts have been cancelled.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
