If you haven't activated a Google account on your phone, you can't install apps.

Solution: Activate a Google account on your phone.

Find "Google"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
Press the settings icon.

Find "Google"

Press Accounts.

Press Add account.

Press Google.

Activate Google account

Press Enter your email and key in the username for your Google account.

Press NEXT.

Press Password and key in the password for your Google account.

Press NEXT.

Press ACCEPT.
Follow the instructions on the display to select settings for your Google account.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Google"

Press the settings icon.
Press Accounts.
Press Add account.
Press Google.

2 Activate Google account

Press Enter your email and key in the username for your Google account.
Press NEXT.
Press Password and key in the password for your Google account.
Press NEXT.
Press ACCEPT.
Follow the instructions on the display to select settings for your Google account.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
