There's no incoming call alert on my tablet - Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1

Cause 1 of 1: Silent mode is turned on

If silent mode is turned on, no incoming call alert will sound.

Solution: Turn off silent mode.

Turn silent mode on or off

Press and hold On/Off.

Turn silent mode on or off

To turn on silent mode:
Press Mute.

Turn silent mode on or off

To turn off silent mode:
Press Sound.

Press and hold On/Off.

To turn on silent mode:
Press Mute.

To turn off silent mode:
Press Sound.
