Cause 4 of 9: You're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your tablet

If you are trying to access the internet using the mobile network when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on on your tablet.

Solution: Turn on data roaming. Please note that you may induce additional costs by turning on data roaming on your tablet.

Find "Mobile networks"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your tablet.
Press the settings icon.

Press Mobile networks.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press Data roaming to turn the function on or off.

Turn data roaming on or off

If you turn on the function:
Press OK.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

2 Turn data roaming on or off

Press Data roaming to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on the function:
Press OK.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
