Cause 4 of 9: Your tablet is set to connect to 4G networks only

If your tablet is set to connect to 4G networks only, it can't find a network if you're in an area with poor or no 4G network coverage.

Solution: Change network mode to allow your tablet to connect to both 2G, 3G and 4G networks.

Find "Network mode"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your tablet.
Press the settings icon.

Press Mobile networks.

Press Network mode.

Select network mode

Press LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto connect), WCDMA/GSM (auto connect), WCDMA only or GSM only.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

2 Select network mode
