Connect to Wi-Fi network - Samsung Galaxy Tab

You can use Wi-Fi for various functions in your device that require a data connection, such as internet access. Follow these instructions to establish a connection to a Wi-Fi network.

Find "Wi-Fi settings"

Press Applications.

Press Settings.

Find "Wi-Fi settings"

Press Wireless and network.

Press Wi-Fi settings.

Turn on Wi-Fi

Press Wi-Fi to turn on Wi-Fi.

Turn on Wi-Fi

When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), Wi-Fi is turned on.

Select Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Press the required network.

Contact your network administrator to obtain the required security settings.

Select Wi-Fi network

If required, press the field below Password and key in the password.

Contact your network administrator to obtain the required security settings.

Select Wi-Fi network

Press Connect.

Contact your network administrator to obtain the required security settings.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press Applications.
Press Settings.
Press Wireless and network.
Press Wi-Fi settings.

Turn on Wi-Fi

Press Wi-Fi to turn on Wi-Fi.
