If you have problems sending and receiving email messages, you can delete the email configuration and then create it again. Follow these instructions to delete an email configuration.

Find "Access Point Names"

Press the menu icon.

Press Wireless & networks.

Delete data connection

Press Vodafone Mail.

Delete data connection

Press the Menu key.

Press Delete APN.

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press the menu icon.

Delete email account

Press and hold the required email account until a pop-up menu is displayed.

Press Delete account.

Press OK to confirm.

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press Wireless & networks.
Press Mobile networks.
Press Access Point Names.

Delete data connection

Press Vodafone Mail.
Press the Menu key.
Press Delete APN.
Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Find "Email"

Press the menu icon.
Press Email.

Delete email account

Press and hold the required email account until a pop-up menu is displayed.
Press Delete account.
Press OK to confirm.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
