Start using your Vodafone Pocket WiFi® 5 (M7350) 4G Mac OS Sonoma

Before you start using your router, you need to follow these initial steps.

1. Remove back cover

Turn the back of your router towards you. Take hold of the bottom left corner of the back cover and remove it.

2. Insert SIM

Slide the cover for the SIM holder right and open it.

Please note that your router only supports nano SIMs.

2. Insert SIM

Turn your SIM so that the angled corner is pointing to the top right and place your SIM in the SIM holder.

Close the cover over your SIM and slide it left to lock it.

3. Insert battery

Place the battery in your router (right side first), matching the battery contacts with the router contacts, and press the battery into place.

4. Replace back cover

Place the back cover on your router and press it into place.

5. Turn on your router

Press and hold On/Off until your router is turned on.

6. See the router login information

Press the "MENU" key the necessary number of times to select "Device Info".

The login information is displayed.

You can also find the login information on the inside of your router.

7. Establish a connection to the internet

Do the following on your computer: Click the network icon.

Click Other Networks.

Click the name of your Wi-Fi hotspot.

Key in the Wi-Fi password for your Wi-Fi hotspot and click Join.

8. Start configuration of your router

Open an internet browser on your computer and go to tplinkmifi.net.

9. Create password for the router web interface

Click New Password and key in the required password.

Click Confirm Password and key in the selected password again.

Click Let's Get Started.

10. Enter your PIN

If your SIM is protected by a PIN, click PIN: and key in your PIN.

If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. The PUK can be obtained by contacting customer services. Please note: If you key in the wrong PUK ten times in a row, your SIM will be blocked permanently. In this case, you need a new SIM from Vodafone.

10. Enter your PIN

Click Apply.

11. Choose time zone

Click the drop down list next to "Time Zone:".

12. Change name and password for your Wi-Fi hotspot

Click Next.

Follow the instructions on the screen to change name and password for your router's Wi-Fi hotspot.

For security reasons, it's recommend that you change your router's default password. If you change name or password, the internet connection is ended and you need to establish a wireless internet connection again with the new settings. You can also change name and change password of your router's Wi-Fi hotspot after you've finished setting up your router.

12. Change name and password for your Wi-Fi hotspot

Click Next.

13. Finish setting up your router

Click Finish.

6. See the router login information

Press the "MENU" key the necessary number of times to select "Device Info".
Press On/Off.
The login information is displayed.
You can also find the login information on the inside of your router.

7. Establish a connection to the internet

Do the following on your computer: Click the network icon.
Click Other Networks.
Click the name of your Wi-Fi hotspot.
Key in the Wi-Fi password for your Wi-Fi hotspot and click Join.

8. Start configuration of your router

Open an internet browser on your computer and go to tplinkmifi.net.

9. Create password for the router web interface

Click New Password and key in the required password.
Click Confirm Password and key in the selected password again.
Click Let's Get Started.

10. Enter your PIN

If your SIM is protected by a PIN, click PIN: and key in your PIN.

11. Choose time zone

Click the drop down list next to "Time Zone:".
Click the required setting.
Click Next.

12. Change name and password for your Wi-Fi hotspot

Click Next.
Follow the instructions on the screen to change name and password for your router's Wi-Fi hotspot.

13. Finish setting up your router
