Cause 9 of 13: Background refresh of apps is turned on

When background refresh of apps is turned on, some apps will still be able to check for content updates, even if you end them from the list of running applications, and therefore increase the power consumption.

Solution: Turn off background refresh of apps.

Find "Background App Refresh"

Press Settings.

Find "Background App Refresh"

Press General.

Find "Background App Refresh"

Press Background App Refresh.

Turn background refresh of apps on or off

Press the indicator next to "Background App Refresh" to turn the function on or off.

Turn background refresh of specific apps on or off

Press the indicator next to the required app to turn the function on or off.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Background App Refresh"

Press Settings.
Press General.
Press Background App Refresh.

2 Turn background refresh of apps on or off

Press the indicator next to "Background App Refresh" to turn the function on or off.

3 Turn background refresh of specific apps on or off

Press the indicator next to the required app to turn the function on or off.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
