When you've restored the factory default settings, you need to activate your phone. Follow these instructions to activate your phone.
Before you can activate your phone, you need to install the program iTunes on your computer.

Start the program iTunes on your computer.

Press and hold On/Off until your phone is turned on.

Press and hold On/Off until your phone is turned on.

Press Unlock.

Key in your PIN and press OK.

Connect the data cable to the socket at the bottom of your phone and to your computer's USB port.
