Delete email configuration - BlackBerry Curve 9360

If you have problems sending and receiving email messages, you can delete the email configuration and then create it again. Follow these instructions to delete an email configuration.

Step 1 of 9

Find "Set up an email account"

Press the Menu key twice.

Find "Set up an email account"

Scroll to Setup and press the Navigation key.

Find "Set up an email account"

Scroll to Email Accounts... and press the Navigation key.

Find "Set up an email account"

Scroll to Set up an email account and press the Navigation key.

Delete email configuration

Highlight the required email profile and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Delete and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Yes and press the Navigation key to confirm.

Step 8 of 9

Exit

Press Disconnect.

Press the Return key to return to standby mode.

Scroll to Set up an email account and press the Navigation key.

Delete email configuration

Highlight the required email profile and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Delete and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Yes and press the Navigation key to confirm.

Exit

Press Disconnect.
Press the Return key to return to standby mode.
