I can't receive any calls - Nokia Lumia 1320

Cause 2 of 2: Divert of all calls is turned on

If call divert is turned on, you can't receive any calls. All incoming calls are diverted to your voicemail or to another number.

Solution: Turn off call divert.

Press the phone icon.

Cancel all diverts

Press the indicator next to "Call forwarding" until the function is turned off.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

2 Cancel all diverts

Press the indicator next to "Call forwarding" until the function is turned off.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
