If you have problems sending and receiving email messages, you can delete the email configuration and then create it again. Follow these instructions to delete an email configuration.

Find "email + accounts"

Press arrow right to access the main menu.

Press Settings.

Find "email + accounts"

Press email + accounts.

Step 4 of 7

Delete email configuration

Press and hold the required email account.

Press delete.

Press delete to confirm.

Step 7 of 7

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
