I can't use Wi-Fi - Nokia Lumia 930

Cause 2 of 6: You're connected to a Wi-Fi network, but you're not logged on

Some Wi-Fi networks require you to log on.

Solution: Open the browser on your phone and try to load a web page. The browser is redirected to the homepage of the Wi-Fi network. Follow the instructions on the display to log on. If you can't log on to the Wi-Fi network, turn off Wi-Fi on your phone and connect to the internet using the mobile network.

Press the internet browser icon.

Enter web address

Press the address bar.

Enter web address

Key in the address of the required web page and press arrow right.

Add current web page to your bookmarks

Press the dots in the bottom right corner of the display.

Add current web page to your bookmarks

Press add to favourites.

Edit the name of the bookmark and press the confirm icon.

Go to bookmark

Press the dots in the bottom right corner of the display.

Press favourites.

Press the required bookmark.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press the internet browser icon.

2 Enter web address

Press the address bar.
Key in the address of the required web page and press arrow right.

3 Add current web page to your bookmarks

Press the dots in the bottom right corner of the display.
Press add to favourites.
Edit the name of the bookmark and press the confirm icon.

4 Go to bookmark

Press the dots in the bottom right corner of the display.
Press favourites.
Press the required bookmark.

5 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
