Establish connection
Turn on Wi-Fi on the other device.
Find the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
Select your phone on the list.
If required, key in the required password and establish a connection to your phone.
When the connection is established, you can access the internet from the other device.
Find "Wi-Fi Hotspot"
Press Wi-Fi Hotspot.
Enter Wi-Fi hotspot name
Press Network name.
Key in the required name and press Save.
Turn WEP encryption on or off
Press Encryption mode.
To turn on WEP encryption:
Press WEP 64 or WEP 128.
Press WEP 64 or WEP 128.
To turn off WEP encryption:
Press OFF.
Press OFF.
Enter password for Wi-Fi hotspot
Press Encryption key.
The menu item is only available if you turned on WEP encryption in step 3.
Key in the required password and press Save.

Use your phone as Wi-Fi hotspot
Press Start to use your phone as Wi-Fi hotspot.
