I can't send and receive picture messages on my OPPO R11 Android 7.1

To send and receive MMS, your phone needs to be correctly set up for MMS.

Solution: Set up your phone for picture messaging.

Find "Access Point Name"

Press Settings.

Press Settings.
Press Dual SIM & Cellular.
Press SIM1.
Press Access Point Name.

2 Create new data connection

Press the new data connection icon.

3 Enter a name for the connection

Press Name.
Key in Vodafone MMS and press Save.

4 Enter APN

Press APN.
Key in live.vodafone.com and press Save.

5 Enter picture messaging server

Press MMSC.
Key in http://pxt.vodafone.net.au/pxtsend and press Save.

6 Enter IP address

Press MMS Proxy.
Key in 10.202.002.060 and press Save.

7 Enter port number

Press MMS Port.

Press MNC.
Key in 03 and press Save.

10 Select authentication type

Press Authentication Type.
Press PAP.

11 Enter APN type

Press APN Type.
Key in mms and press Save.

12 Save data connection

Press Save.

13 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
