I can't start my OPPO R9s Android 6.0.1

Cause 5 of 7: The phone lock code is turned on

When the phone lock code is turned on, it needs to be keyed in every time you turn on your phone.

Solution: Turn off phone lock code.

Step 1 of 9

Find "Fingerprint and password"

Press Settings.

Find "Fingerprint and password"

Press Fingerprint and password.

Create phone lock code using a fingerprint

Press Add a Fingerprint.

Create phone lock code using a fingerprint

Follow the instructions on the screen to create an additional phone lock code.

Follow the instructions on the screen to create the phone lock code using your fingerprint.

Press Continue.

Press the Return key.

Turn off use of phone lock code

Press Close Passcode and key in the current phone lock code.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Fingerprint and password"

Press Settings.
Press Fingerprint and password.

2 Create phone lock code using a fingerprint

Press Add a Fingerprint.
Follow the instructions on the screen to create an additional phone lock code.
Follow the instructions on the screen to create the phone lock code using your fingerprint.
Press Continue.
Press the Return key.

3 Turn off use of phone lock code

Press Close Passcode and key in the current phone lock code.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
