You can lock the device keys and display to avoid accidental key presses. Follow these instructions to turn the key lock on or off.

Choose option

Choose one of the following options:
Turn key lock on or off, go to 1a.
Select setting for automatic key lock, go to 1b.

1a - Turn key lock on or off

To turn on the key lock:
Briefly press On/Off.

To turn off the key lock:
Briefly press On/Off.

1a - Turn key lock on or off

Press and drag the unlock icon to the edge of the circle.

1b - Select setting for automatic key lock

Press Apps.

1b - Select setting for automatic key lock

Press Settings.

Press Screen.

1b - Select setting for automatic key lock

Press Timeout.

1b - Select setting for automatic key lock

Press the required period.

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.

1a - Turn key lock on or off

To turn on the key lock:

Briefly press On/Off.

Press Apps.
Press Settings.
Press Screen.
Press Timeout.
Press the required period.
Press the home icon to return to standby mode.
