I can't make video calls - Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0

Cause 1 of 3: 3G isn't selected as network mode

You can select which network modes your tablet can connect to. If your tablet is connected to a 2G network, you can't make video calls.

Solution: Select 3G as network mode.

Press the menu icon.

Press Settings.

Press More....

Press Mobile networks.

Press Network mode.

Select network mode

Press GSM/WCDMA (Auto mode), GSM only or WCDMA only.

Step 7 of 7

Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.

Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press More....
Press Mobile networks.
Press Network mode.

2 Select network mode

Press GSM/WCDMA (Auto mode), GSM only or WCDMA only.

3 Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.
