I can't receive voice messages on my voicemail - Samsung Galaxy Young

Cause 1 of 1: Calls aren't diverted to your voicemail

Missed calls are only diverted to your voicemail if the correct divert settings have been selected. You can change the settings in the phone menu.

Solution: Divert calls to your voicemail.

Press the phone icon.

Key in +61414121121 and press Enable.

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Call forwarding"

Press the phone icon.
Press the Keypad tab.
Press the Menu key.
Press Call settings.
Press Call forwarding.

2 Select divert type

The current settings are displayed.

Always forward
Forward when busy
Forward when unanswered
Forward when unreachable

3 Divert calls to voicemail

Key in +61414121121 and press Enable.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
