To send and receive MMS, your phone needs to be correctly set up for MMS.

Solution: Set up your phone for picture messaging.

Press Messaging.

Press Settings.

14 Turn on the message function

Press Default SMS app.
Press Messaging.

15 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
