Before updating your phone's software, it's recommended that you back up the phone memory to ensure that no data is lost. It can also be useful to back up the phone memory regularly to ensure that no data is lost in case of defects and crashes. Follow these instructions to back up the phone memory.

Connect phone and computer

Connect the data cable to the phone socket and to your computer's USB port.

Press the status bar at the top of the display and drag it downwards.

Press Connect your phone.

Press Connect phone memory card.

Start a file manager on your computer and find your phone in the computer's file system.

Go to the required folders and the required files and move or copy them to your computer.
