Use call waiting - BlackBerry Curve 9360

When call waiting is turned on, you can hear and answer a new incoming call while you're on the phone. Follow these instructions to use call waiting.
You need to turn on call waiting before you can use this function. Click here for information on how to turn on call waiting.

If you're a Pay as you go customer, you can hear the call waiting signal if call waiting is turned on. You can't answer the call, however, unless you end the ongoing call.

Use call waiting

When you have an ongoing call, the new call is signalled by a sound.
Press Connect.

Swap calls

Your calls are displayed on a list and the call on hold is indicated by On Hold.

Swap calls

Scroll to Swap and press the Navigation key to swap calls.

Step 4 of 6

End active call

Make sure the call you want to end is active.
Press Disconnect.

Step 5 of 6

End active call

Scroll to Resume and press the Navigation key to resume the ongoing call.

Step 6 of 6

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
